Leiset utilises in-depth functional testing such as Hair Tissue Mineral Analyses (HTMA) and Microbiome Mapping.

HTMA is a safe, non-invasive pathology test measuring the level of nutrients and toxic minerals found in hair giving a unique and reliable window into body tissue nutrient imbalances and metabolic activity.

I am a Degree-Certified Naturopath and an Internationally Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

As a mother of three, I know firsthand the joys and challenges of early parenthood. I understand breastfeeding to be your baby’s first language. I know how overwhelming it feels when it is not working.

My dual profession means I can disentangle a breastfeeding problem from a health problem. "Is it colic? Reflux? Allergies? Too much or too little mik? Tongue Tie..." The possibilities are endless and frustrating as a new parent.

My mission is to support both you and your baby. I specialise in mineral therapy using Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA). This precise tool allows me to look deep into your cellular health to find exactly what your body needs. After the growth of an entire human being this is critical!

In my practice, the mother’s health is always a priority. With simple achievable steps we can improve breastfeeding while also improving your energy, brain clarity, and mood so you can feel like yourself again, and parent the way you truly want to.
